Born in Hong Kong, Freddy received his bachelor degree major in English. He had intensive working experiences in the field of talent management and development in India and Eastern Europe. Freddy has delivered over 100 personal development training sessions for top university students around the world. (Germany, Ukraine, Romania, Macedonia, India, mainland China, Taiwan and Hong Kong) He felt the need of bringing global elements and whole personal development to young people in Hong Kong and he founded Inter Cultural Education Centre with his international team.
