Thames Valley Police. • FUGRO International. • BUSINESS/ Data SYSTEMS ANALYST Designer: AC Nielsen- 2005 • Responsible for a number of assignments in order to maximise time & efficiency • This involved the gathering requirements from functional analysis of a database written in Excel & the decision to replace it with a relational database, reducing search times from 90 seconds to 0.1” S. • The job involved liaison with several departments to assess business requirements weekly presentation for whole department. • As part of this, collected requirements & analysed these & produced a UML model of solution and after approval I made a prototype, demonstrated the model, produced a migration strategy & passed to the technical team to develop according to this whole project was done initially on Oracle databases. • Skills used: Systems analysis and design, UML, Oracle and XML, MS Excel, Access, MSSQL. Testing: Prototyping, Interface design, change strategies, user acceptance and state transition. • The successful delivery of the above assignments has been built on my previous experience as an IT professional manager & analyst working in corporate enterprises |

In conjunction, established strong corporate client base with a range of value-added services. Such clients include Sony, which we get to draw some of their business Intelligence infrastructure’s Blue Print. • Project-managed the relocation of OFI offices into separate commercial premises in Tehran’s business district. As a result, by 1999 the business was exceeding all turnover & profit targets, which situation was maintained through to 2001 & beyond with no reduction in the number of employees • Responsible for the architecture of the whole intranet and the business intelligent systems for all four major departments: Engineering, Accountancy, Machinery &. Support, Billing and its applications. Technologies used: Modelling tools, HTML & Java- Script on client side and Perl, CGI and MSSQL, Oracle and its application for management of data, Photoshop and a number of networking tools and skills such as MSCE are acquired during these projects. 1995 to 1997 HEAD of IT: OFI Appointed to lead a department of 21 staff, both permanent & contract in order to support a community of over 300 users over a multi-site organisational network. I managed all aspects of business Intelligence in addition to the project management of all IT systems Projects. EARLY CAREER INCLUDES: • Team Leader/Hardware, software Analyst – OFI skills: Cisco routers, IBM PC, Windows NT • Business Systems Analyst/Test Engineer – OFI Skills: liaison with the Depts, UAT. |
