Dylan Bigby

Dylan is currently a student of the College of Business at San Francisco State University, completing an undergraduate degree in the Entrepreneurship program. He is also the Chief Public Relations Officer of the Student Association of Entrepreneurs, a student-driven organization responsible for networking with the most influential and successful entrepreneurs in the Bay Area and encourages them to speak of their knowledge at regular association members meetings. Business experience includes: an entrepreneurial position with Vector Marketing, accounts payable for local start-up company, Nexxo Financial Corporation, and currently, an accounts payable position at 1Life, a medical services start-up in downtown San Francisco. Dylan intends to incorporate strong principals and practices of sustainability in future business ventures and intends to help other businesses to bridge the gap between conventional capitalism and environmentalism. A project he is most proud of currently recycles bike tires that would otherwise be sent to landfills, creating belts, a value-added product that extends the life of the materials by more than 100 times. He is also involved in other products and projects that encourage the use of recycled and reused materials to “upcycle” them into useful new products.
