Employer: NGO and Australian University
Position: Main investigator
Description: Worked with Earth Day Network ,Green Grant Fund, Washington, USA, and Australian National University Canberra.
1. Position: Worked as main investigator in the project done in Jharkhand State.
2. Key Responsibilities: To study the environmental and health impact due to coal mining in East Parej and North Karanpura Coalfield of Jharkhand State of India. To create health awareness by organising small camps among the villagers especially among the tribal womens. To organise press conference and give reports of the project to the Jharkhand government and concerned organisations. For Australian National University worked on social and environmental impact due to stone mining around Ranchi city.
3. Key Achievements: Survey and research was submitted to the concerned organisation of the Jharkhand Government i.e. State Pollution control Board. Report was also circulated to the press and the other NGOs worldwide. Villagers were made aware of the source of the problem and how to minimize it.

Position: Principal Investigator
Description: 1. Position: Principal Investigator in Department of Geology, Ranchi University. The project was funded by Ministry of Science and Technology, Government of India, New Delhi.
2. Key Responsibilities: To work on arsenic problems in coal mining areas of Jharkhand State and its impact on human health especially on womens and children . Lastly to publish the research work.
3. Key Achievements: Reports were published in different news papers of India including of Jharkhand State. Report was also published in Journal of Geological Society of India.

Description: Serving as a teacher on the contract in the Department of Environment and Water Management, in J.N. College, Dhurwa, Ranchi for continuously 10 years till today.
