Developed key international standards for controlling fax modems and carrying fax transmissions over IP networks. · Performed technical due diligence and led technology integration for corporate acquisitions. Integration included software re-use, hardware-platform consolidation, dissemination of technical know-how, and sharing of best practices across divisions. · Collaborated with other senior executives in developing corporate strategy and annual budgets.
