Help achieve and showing the success that ethical behaviours create in business. Promoting the evolution towards a world which will be organised, act and behave as one country. Where the creativity of the diversity of its citizens will enhance the wellbeing and prosperity of humankind.

Background
Following a career as Logistics and Marketing director at Exel plc. working in London, Sydney, Johannesburg and Milan, where he was the Winner of the Exel “Worldwide Innovation Award of the Year”, he has now created a new career, more in line with his values and objectives, linking individuals and creating innovative solutions in the field of ethical behaviours, responsible entrepreneurship and values-based business solutions.

Current Positions
Since then he has become Director General of the European Baha’i Business Forum (www.ebbf.org), Visiting Professor and Tutor on Social Entrepreneurship at Instituto Empresa (www.ie.edu) and at the EOI Business School (www.eoi.es/nw/Ingles/), Founding Member of The Hub Madrid (www.hubmadrid.com) Social Innovation Hub, board member of Spirit in Business (www.spiritinbusiness.org), Vice President of Humanica Social Ventures, a Director of Via3 (www.via3.net), Consulting on Ethical Communication at the European Ethical Team of Lush (www.lush.co.uk), Board of Trustees member of the Association for Spirit at Work (www.spiritatwork.org).

Current Activities
In his work he networks with a worldwide range of individuals and organisations, travelling globally, fluent in English, Spanish and Italian.
He has organised a number of international conferences linking worldwide leaders, social entrepreneurs and idealists in the UK, Holland, Switzerland, Italy, San Francisco and New York with Progressio, Spirit in Business and EBBF.
He also enjoys lecturing at conferences, MBA courses and universities on topics such as: “Innovations in Entrepreneurship: The Social Entrepreneur”, “Finding meaning for action at the top: spirituality as a competitive advantage for leaders”, “Innovative Financial Models for social economic development“, “Ethical Finance“, “Corporate Social Responsibility centred around the human being“.

His current home is Madrid, where he lives with his wife Cristina and children Giulia, Davide and Noemi.
