| Time period: | October 2008 - Present |

| Employer: | Presidio Bank – San Francisco, CA |
| Position: | AVP / Relationship Credit Manager |
| Time period: | September 2006 - October 2008 |
| Description: | Employer Description: Presidio Bank is a relatively young commercial bank focused on middle sized businesses, commercial real estate owners/developers, nonprofits, and high net worth individuals.
Responsibilities: My responsibilities at Presidio Bank can be divided into the following three general categories: Relationship Management Activities: I participated in business development efforts with senior relationship managers, the CEO, and occasionally the bank’s chairman. When the senior relationship managers are out of the office, I serve as their backup and have handled loan transactions from application to funding in their absence. Financial Analysis and Underwriting: I underwrote over $100 million in loan commitments to small/mid size businesses, high net worth individuals, and real estate investors. With such a diverse client base, I have underwritten a variety of loan types from standard revolving lines of credit and term loans to asset-based lines to uniquely structured commercial real estate loans. Reports and Projects for the Executive Management Team: I designed most of the Chief Credit Officer’s monthly Board reports using my own Excel based programs, which extract raw data from our core processing system and automatically manipulates it into a presentable format. Other projects include the development of a complex and user-friendly pipeline program and the complete redesign of the relationship managers’ incentive compensation plan to better align their interests with those of the bank. |

Throughout the process, Foresight’s principal and I would meet with the city council and city staff to discuss progress and results. Reason for Leaving: While I had a great relationship with Foresight’s principal, I lacked passion for the water, sewer, and garbage consulting field. |
