Chris is a unique combination of creative entrepreneur and seasoned corporate executive that is highly committed to making a difference for people and the planet. He is currently co-founder and CEO of Climate Earth, a provider of enterprise carbon accounting systems. Chris is also chairman of ICEsoft Technologies, Inc., a leader in high performance commercial open source software and a member of Board of Directors, of Bay Area Climate Solutions.
As a CEO Chris has a strong track record of building new ideas into dynamic successful organizations. He built Red Brick Systems from a nascent idea to a public corporation. At ICEsoft he helped build a new generation of easy to use Web 2.0 interfaces, while pioneering open source software. At Brightware, Inc. he delivered the first intelligent web based customer support solution.
At Tandem Computers, Inc, a Fortune 500, now part of Hewlett Packard, Chris created and led the $300 million Telecom division.
Chris holds a BA in Economics from UC Santa Barbara and an MBA from the UC Berkeley, Haas School of Business.
