| Description: | He worked in Hewlett-Packard (HP) for more than 25 years, of which he had spent 8 years in Beijing and 1 year in Shanghai. His work experience included manufacturing, sales,
services, and training. Most of his career was on the IT services business including consulting, education, and technical services in China and Hong Kong. Kee has extensive business growth and turnaround experiences. • In 1994 to 1995, he led the Hong Kong IT service business to get the Best Country Award within HP Asia Pacific. • From 1996 to 2001, he moved to Beijing and managed two cycles of China investment plan to grow the China IT services business 10 times in 6 years. • In the next year, he was assigned to manage the China PC business and the Shanghai PC factory, and turned around the profitability. • During the merger with Compaq in 2003 to 2004, he was assigned to manage the merger of the businesses of HP Services and Compaq Services in China and Hong Kong, consisted of more than 1,500 consultants and engineers. • In 2005, he was assigned to be the Managing Director of HP Hong Kong to recover the growth of Hong Kong business. • He retired as the Vice President of China Hewlett-Packard and the General Manager of the Strategy and Operation Management in 2006. Kee had been a Board Director of various HP subsidiaries and joint-venture including Huapu Information Technology Ltd in Shanghai, Triaton Consulting Ltd in Shanghai, Shanghai HP Ltd, and HP Hong Kong SAR Ltd. He had also been the Head of the China HP Business School which provided customer training, and had joint education programs with Chinese-European International Business School (CEIBS), Peking University, and Stanford University. |
