This included responsibility for recruiting and mentoring an elite team of software engineers, for designing and developing two flagship software systems from scratch under challenging deadlines (three months until Peer-A-MedTM was generating revenue, six months from start to finish for Auto-AuditTM to begin generating revenue), for determining appropriate platforms for use in-house and for clients, and for developing innovative PC-grid alternatives (in 1990!) to mainframe processing of gigabyte databases. |
