For more than 20 years, Ms. Randolph has been involved with and managed programs using Earned Value Management methodologies. She holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science and is certified as a Project Management Professional by the Project Management Institute. She has a strong background in the management of Information Technology projects and has a special interest and diverse experience in the implementation of Earned Value Management Systems, Earned Value Management Consulting, Earned Value Management Training, Project Management Office Implementation and Project Management Training.

Position: Principle / Senior Consultant
Description: Principle and Senior Consultant providing Earned Value Management System (EVMS) support for government contractors and commercial companies. Primary activities include performing EVMS Compliance Assessments involving detailed gap analyses of the company’s organization, business processes, and technologies measured against the ANSI/EIA 748A Standard; design and development of compliant EVM systems including the development of processes and procedures, selection and implementation of tools, development of interfaces between tools; development and delivery of project management and earned value management training; surveillance of EVMS compliance; and providing Project Management support in the areas of Project Initiation, Project Rescue, and Business Process Modeling.
