Bruce I. Doyle, III, Ph.D.
Bruce is a high tech C-level executive with proven skills in developing people, building sustaining relationships, engineering, manufacturing, and marketing new products/systems that meet market needs, solving tough business problems, and fostering profitable business growth.
He has extensive global experience in Networking/Telecommunications, Industrial Controls, Factory Automation, Semiconductor Equipment, Medical Device Components, Business Consulting, and Executive Coaching. He is adept at strategic planning, creating new ventures, revitalizing under-performing businesses, managing technology agreements, integrating acquisitions, transforming cultures and partnering with companies in Australia/Europe/Asia.
Bruce holds BS and MS degrees in Electrical Engineering and a Ph.D. in Leadership and Organization Transformation.
He received the Navigator Award from GE for Marketing Excellence, the Ideal Citizen Award from Lions Club International and the Asian Business Group Award from Pulse Engineering for Joint Venture Management, Product Development Innovation and Mentoring Chinese Engineers. He was recently inducted into the NAHS Educational Foundation’s Wall of Fame.
He holds a Six-Sigma Black Belt Certificate from UCSD and a Servant-Leader Certification from the San Diego Leadership Initiative.
