This was achieved within the required timeframe and delivered savings of about 10% together with the inclusion of a number of additional services and the introduction of a robust SLA and fee rebate regime. Ongoing governance, the monitoring of service delivery against SLTs and SLAs and dealing with the issues and actions arising with a view to overall improvement in effectiveness and efficiency.
