Provide technical and administrative guidance to the field staff to insure a high level quality in the implementation of agriculture, engineering, and community development activities. Involve and explore active participation of women and occupational castes. Plan, Implement and monitor the Income generating program for the underprivileged communities. (Schedule Cast) Plan, implement and monitor the community development and agricultural interventions in a sustainable basis and Guide to prepare forest management plans for the community.
