Bernard is Co-founder & CEO of Vidquik, a new web conferencing platform. Previously, he was Managing Director of the Lunsford Group, which is a private holding company consisting of entities in technology, health care, and real estate. He was Co-founder and VP of Business Development at GoingOn Networks, a social media platform for companies. He led their product development where BusinessWeek recognized GoingOn in their "Best of the Web" list for 2007. He continued to serve as an advisor and currently serves as an advisor to Innotive (interactive multimedia platform), Privy.net (social network/travel resource for Asian influencers), and GatherGreen ("green Groupon"). Bernard is also a frequent guest writer to various technology journals such as VentureBeat, Mashable and ReadWriteWeb.

Previously, he was Director of Strategic Planning & Sales at Innotive Corp. Prior to this, Bernard was a Director at iRG, a leading boutique investment bank in Asia, where he focused on TMT companies.

Prior to iRG, Bernard was VP of Business Development & Marketing at HeyAnita Korea, a leading voice portal and solutions provider, which was joint venture between Softbank and HeyAnita, Inc. Bernard was responsible for establishing strategic partnerships and helping to build the company from its conceptual stage to a 54-person operation. Additionally, he assisted in the closing of the company's two rounds of financing totaling $14.5 million. Prior to HeyAnita, Bernard was Co-Founder and VP of Strategic Development for View Plus, a video-on-demand company where he helped build the company from its concept stage. Additionally, he gained experience in the strategic planning unit of Digital City Chicago, a partnership with the Tribune Co and AOL.

Bernard completed a post-graduate fellowship with the Coro Foundation. He received his MPA in Telecom and New Media Policy from Columbia University and a BA in English and Psychology from the University of Wisconsin-Madison.

• Currently serves as interim CEO of Hibox Technology, a virtual receptionist technology solution.
• Involved in the development of a 600-acre business park. Mixed-use project that will consist of 8.2 million square feet of office, industrial, and hospitality product at an all-in cost of $2 billion.
