FULL BIO
Ayman is a young, Palestinian entrepreneur in the local and international domains. He co-founded “Iris Interactive Solutions”; the first Palestinian company that provides touch technology products in the region. Ayman helped evolve Iris from a university project into a start-up venture providing 10 cutting-edge products, serving customers in multiple industry and business sectors and outreaching to regional prospects in Jordan and the UAE. Ayman’s other main project: “Marhaba Palestine!” has won several national and international awards in entrepreneurship and innovation. Ayman holds a BSc. degree in Computer Engineer. His graduation project “TouchIS” has been awarded the second best invention prize in the Made-In-Palestine’09 and Made-In-Arabworld’09 Competitions. He worked in software development for some time before moving to the academic field, while simultaneously working on his first startup.
Ayman is also an active member of many social and cultural forums; He was a member of a number of delegations that represented Palestine in various international conferences and events. He is an active member of the Young Arab Leaders (YAL) organization, a board member in the Palestinian Sport for Life Organization, and a member of the Davos Economic Forum Global Shapers hub in Palestine.
