• Conceived & created for a large Spanish Telco & Media firm, an Excel VBA model that reduces time-to-bill by optimizing existing business processes, resulting in future cost savings of €0.7 million per year. Presented model to end users comprising analysts, sales team & senior management.
• Designed & developed using Excel VBA, a Balanced Score Card for periodic tracking of KPIs and performance evaluation, leading to a 60% increase in the sales pipeline.
• Conceived, modeled and proposed to senior management a lead-to-cash sales process that optimizes resources and identifies bottlenecks, thereby minimizing the process lead time.
• Managed implementation of changes to existing software applications to enable seamless tracking of the various lifecycle stages of a sales process.

• Responsible for uninterrupted functioning of key Network systems and ensured a fault-free delivery of component designs and software in the form of software codes, user acceptance test scripts and logs.
