Position: Senior legal Researcher
Time period: January 2009 - Present
Description: Duties included, but were not limited to:
- Prepare draft laws, regulations and instructions necessary for the Commission, and follow-up draft laws and regulations related to the Commission field work in all its constitutional stages.
-.Proffer a legal consultation related to the work of all the departments and units of the Commission.
-.Participate in preparing the contracts and agreements that related to the Commission's work that concluded with any other party.
-.Participate in internal Committees, the negotiations of the joint Commissions and bilateral agreements whether internal or external.
-.Save and document the legal references needed to the Commission's work such as laws, regulations, instructions, annotations, periodicals and legal encyclopedias.
- Limit, audit, classify, archive and save all the administrative decisions issued by the Commission.
- Prepare the disciplinary lawsuit list and organize and insure all the documents needed to be attached to the lawsuit that be remitted to the disciplinary board.
- Prepare and organize all the documents needed to refer the employee to the Attorney General, who involved an administrative contravene for an offense.
-Provide the General Administrative Prosecutor and the Attorney General with all the evidences, data, bases and legal reasons that related to the lawsuits remitted by the Commission or against it at the competent court.
-Follow-up the questions of the representatives to be responded within the legal period.

Description: Duties included, but were not limited to:
