FULL BIO

Arthur is the Technology Manager for the California Plug Load Research Center (CalPlug) at the California Institute for Telecommunications and Information Technology. He is a dedicated advocate for energy efficiency technologies and policies. Arthur has proven expertise in fund raising, business plan/writing, project management, cross-industry collaboration, and entrepreneurial endeavors. With over ten patents filed at USPTO, Arthur is actively involved with commercialization of technologies for energy efficiency, telecommunications, and medical devices. Arthur earned his Ph.D. in experimental plasma physics from the University of California, Irvine and is pursuing his MBA on Technology Management at the UCLA Anderson School of Management.
