- Implemented entire functioning of 8-bit Booth Multiplier on FPGA kit, by developing Verilog modules. Developed vending machine and traffic light controller system on Verilog which was later implemented over FPGA kit.

- Designing database for a music store where a administrator can update his records of CDs, VCDs, staff etc.
• Mobile Based Agro-Informatics System (MBAIS) (Winter 2008)

- A mobile based service provider independent system that will enable farmers to get the agriculture based information like crop rates, insecticides and pesticides information, alerts etc. via SMS or just selecting the required options from the GUI that can be installed on their mobile. It has three modules:
1) A multi-lingual web interface for the administrators and farmers.
2) A multilingual Flashlite application for farmers mobile to provide them an interactive GUI.
3) C# application to extract SMS, decode it, query the database to generate reply and send it to the farmer.

- In the first phase, converting the base image to 8x8 matrices, taking DCT transform and quantizing it.
- In the second phase, DC Coding and Zig-Zag Sequence of Quantized Matrices is done.
- In the third phase, Conversion of quantized vectors into the JPEG defined bit stream using Huffman Coding is done.

• Braille Reader (Winter 2008)
Embedded System Programming: Faculty Guide: Prof. Prabhat Ranjan (Team size: 2)
- Designed and implemented system for assisting blind persons in learning braille. In the system, blind person presses the 6 keys corresponding to the combination in braille which he/she can further listen by pressing speak button when done with the braille combination.

Description: • Web-enabled wireless ECG system using 3G mobile phone
Self Interest (Winter 2008, Team size: 1)
- Designed a system for continuous monitoring of ECG of a heart patient and presented that in Qualcomm Innovators Challenge held at Indian Institute Of Technology (IIT), Bombay in Techfest’08. It takes the ECG readings and other readings through ECG and various other context awareness sensors and continuously transfers the data to the central server for monitoring. Various sensors are attached to the Body Sensor Network(BSN) node for data compilation and transfer to central server using CDMA technology.
- Software/Hardware Used: BSN node(contains TI MSP430 family chip etc.), TinyOS (OS for embedded systems).

Worked in the BREW Core team for the development of various versions of BREW sdk and did the testing on different targets for various builds and modules. Also worked on various change requests (CRs) and did devicepack (DPK) dependency removal from various Operational Acceptace Test (OAT) modules.
