Description: ITC ($15 million in annual revenue) is a long-term solution provider that helps clients reduce year-to-year project controls costs of shutdowns, turnarounds, and capitol projects through planning, estimating, scheduling and contractor coordination in the petrochemical/chemical refinery industry.
Oversaw operations for three companies owned by parent company ITC (Toadfly Technologies, Core Engineering, and Complete Recruiting Solutions) while managing over 200 employees across the U.S. and in India. Developed and implemented operational strategic plans, which included development efforts for new and innovative technologies. Assisted the CEO by defining, translating and executing vision and corporate goals into effective operational objectives. Analyzed cost impact of internal processes and instituted changes where necessary to generate cost savings.
- Reduced overall operating cost by 20% while increasing 4th quarter sales to the highest on record for the company since it’s inception.
- Initiated transfer of all accounting functions in-house, which reduced accounting costs by 40%.

Led negotiations of all domestic/international licensing and joint venture agreements to secure and protect intellectual property portfolio. Recruited and hired world-class team of scientists and business leaders. Secured funding and oversaw product and go-to-market strategies. Built a staff to over 100 professionals.
- Closed agreements with over 300 shareholders to acquire $65 million in working capital from private and institutional investors; successfully secured $2 million NIH Grant.
- Secured licensing contract with Fresenius Medical Care, the largest dialysis provider in the world, representing hundred of millions of dollars in potential future revenues and included $10 million value of funding for randomized perspective study.

Description: Seized entrepreneurial opportunity to secure licenses for Russian medical/scientific technologies and launch commercialization efforts in the United States.
