Managed Liquid Gases Business (yearly turnover: 110 M€) • Oversaw a portfolio of > 3.500 customers. • Put in place financial tools to analyze sales, customers' portfolio profitability, and sales force effectiveness. • Performed in depth Risk analysis on Energy Prices (cost stack is highly sensitive to this item). • Designed the Company Commercial Policy. o Trained an experienced sales force of >100 people, in order to reach target goals. o Achieved sales increases of 6% y/y through targeted price campaigns. • Developed and executed a Strategic Plan: “Roadmap 2010” to increase portfolio profitability in the long term. o Received formal endorsement by the CEO.
