Description: • Appointed to a high risk area (Corporate Actions) following a highly competitive selection process with increased scrutiny due to economic conditions
• Completed a variety of demanding projects in addition to filling an essential day-to-day line role satisfying client demand and reconciling and resolving cash/stock payments issues.
• Took the initiative to part-automate a manually intensive process which was adopted as best practice by the department manager as part of a resource saving exercise leading to an approximate saving of 20 direct hours per week (roughly translated as a saving of £18,000 per annum)
• Involved in complex client and internal cash/stock payments on a day-to-day basis and in supporting the Stock Loan Trading desk . Led a positively received Summer Interns’ presentation on the Interest Rate Products division
• Received a positive performance review

Description: • Assigned to Investment Services Group supporting the VP of controls and performance
• Led and delivered several complex projects to performance and time - including collating critical client account details and restructuring the internal drive
• Involved in internal and external client communication to ensure timely and accurate resolution of reconciliation breaks)
• Conducted a complex review of regional ancillary budgets and presented potential cost savings of 4% ($950,000) to senior management group
• Involved in other day to day team tasks including sending out client reports and confirming the receipt of reports with clients.

• Awarded Best Marketing Director in regional Young Enterprise competition
• Led the ‘company’ to a profit of £5,500 in five months through team work and focused research.
