By doing this, IRADA is participating in creating jobs for both investors and their staff.

Responsible for the management of the 8 Enhanced Productivity Centers in the southern part of Jordan( Madaba, Karak, Tafileh, Ghor -el Safi, Petra, Maan, Quira, and Aqaba)

Main tasks
• Strategic planning for the project
• Design and implement the annual action plan for the centers
• Follow up and monitoring
• Human resources development
• Impact assessment
• Reports writing

Main achievements of the program
• Assist to Create or develop more than 800 new SMEs in the southern part of Jordan with at least 2000 new job opportunities
• Organize more than 400 mini training sessions in the 8 centers during 2006 and 2007
• Provide technical or administrative training to more than 200 project owners or employees.
