Princess Noura Bint Abdulrahman University for Women Project (PNUW)
This project is very huge as the site area = 8,000,000 M2 with a total covered building area by 227,500 M2. CCC scope of work comprises the construction of entire infrastructure package with 18 utility buildings, bridges and road works, hard and soft landscaping, four km utility tunnel, sewage and water treatment plant, utilities networks, electrical and mechanical works.
It includes 425,600 M3 concrete works, 924,000 M2 Paving, 1,100,000 M2 asphalt roads and 1,500,000 M2 soft landscaping.

Main Responsibilities Accountabilities:
• Assisted in project baseline schedule preparation by PRIMAVERA (P6.2).
• Prepared selective schedules for earth works and roads activities by (P6.2) and their revised plans.
• Performed what if analysis for developing efficient project schedule.
• Calculated the project weekly progress till level seven by WBS software “PYRAMID” and Excel.
• Prepared the project mobilization schedule and monitored its progress.
• Analyzed scheduled progress and performance and identified developing problem areas.
• Monitored the project resources and their performance compared with company’s norms.
• Supervised the project progress monitoring through daily, weekly and monthly reports.
• Maintained all subsidiary reports such as personnel staffing schedule.
• Followed up the top priority area in the project through daily meeting and site visits.

Description: Rabigh Olefin Plants Project (ROPP), the largest Olefin Plant in the World.
This project is considered to be a challenging project due to the enormous and varied scope of work. It includes 130,000 M3 concrete, 22,000 Tons of structural steel, 30,000 Tons of equipments erection (including Super Heavy Lifts), 1.7 million Inch-Dia of piping and 1.5 million Lm of electrical and instrumentation cabling constructed in a relatively small area (0.23 Km2).
This result in there being much work carried out at height involving the biggest on-shore crane in the world, MSG-80 (3600 ton).
Main Contractor: JGC (Japan Gas Corporation)
Client: PetroRABIGH (Saudi ARAMCO and Sumitomo Chemical of Japan, joint venture).
CCC Share Value: US$ 385 Million, part of US$ 2 Billion overall budget.
Main Responsibilities:
• Prepared selective schedules for piping, electrical & instrumentation disciplines by PRIMAVERA 3.1 and their revised / recovery plans.
• Calculated the project weekly progress till level seven by WBS software.
• Analyzed schedule progress and performance and identified developing problem areas.
• Supervised the project progress monitoring through daily, weekly and monthly reports.
• Maintained all subsidiary reports such as personnel staffing and release schedules.
• Assisted in project master schedule preparation by P3.
• Followed up the top priority area in the project through daily meeting and site visits.
• Closely monitored the NDT subcontractors and their productivity.
• Prepared the 3-weeks look-ahead schedule for several disciplines.
