Along with those functions I also help with strategic planning, hiring and managing day to day operations for the US office.

Employer: ALPHAD DESIGN (San Jose, CA)
Position: OWNER
Time period: April 2009 - June 2009
Description: Contract IC design.

Employer: FREESCALE SEMICONDUCTOR (Milpitas, CA)
Position: TECHNICAL MARKETING/STAFF DESIGN ENGINEER
Time period: October 2006 - April 2009
Description: Designed and managed design of analog switches, audio amplifier, video signal/load detect and charge pump portion of mini-USB interface IC for cell phones. This IC won $100 M worth of business with Samsung.
Designed and managed design regulated charge pumps, LDO, boost converter and buck converter portion of design for LCD bias and gate drive IC.

Employer: INTERSIL CORPORATION, (Milpitas, CA)
Position: LEAD DESIGN ENGINEER
Time period: September 2005 - October 2006
Description: Individually designed and tested a line of video filters for SDTV(NTSC/PAL) applications with a charge pump on board to generate -ve supply. This eliminates the need for an output AC coupling capacitor.
Designed and tested a micropower Low offset & Low drift chopper stabilized amplifier for instrumentation applications.

Employer: P&P, LLC (SARGO'S SUB)
Position: Incharge of Finance and Accounting
Time period: March 2004 - March 2007

Employer: MAXIM INTEGRATED PRODUCTS, (Sunnyvale, CA)
Position: SENIOR MEMBER OF TECHNICAL STAFF
Time period: October 1999 - September 2005
Description: Worked as a team to design an input mux for a 12-bit 300 ksamples/s SAR. Pumped switches were used to improve linearity and bottom plate sampling was implemented.
Individually designed and tested a line of video filters for SDTV (NTSC/PAL) applications. This family of filters serve as reconstruction/antialiasing filters for Y, C, CV, Pb, Pr, R, G or B signals. They also integrate Sync detector, DC restore circuit for sync tip clamping, pseudo-class AB output driver and a PATENTED one pin interface with dynamic addressing.

Employer: MICRO LINEAR CORPORATION, San Jose, CA
Position: SENIOR DESIGN ENGINEER
Time period: September 1997 - October 1999
Description: Developed a support chip for cellular products. This IC development involved the design of an Colpitt's oscillator, square wave generator, bandgap reference, analog voltage regulator, negative voltage generator, control circuitry for the power through the power amplifier. Designed, directed the
layout and tested the prototype.
Designed and tested a line of video filers up to 48 MHz. This family of filters serve as reconstruction filters for Y, C, CV, R, G or B signals. They also integrate the Sync detector,DC restore circuit, Group delay equalizer, Sound trap and Class AB output driver.

Employer: TEXAS A&M UNIVERSITY
Position: RESEARCH ASSISTANT
Time period: August 1996 - August 1997
Description: Primarily worked on my thesis (Precision Instrumentation Amplifier) but also helped my advisor to develop field programmable analog array (FPAA) cell.

Employer: TEXAS A&M UNIVERSITY
Position: TEACHING ASSISTANT
Time period: September 1995 - May 1996
Description: Responsible for conducting undergraduate labs involving DC and AC circuit analysis.

Employer: VIKO TEST LABS
