Aaron Stead

Currently employed as a senior manager in the Business Consulting Group of Pitcher Partners. Have over 12 years experience within the professional services environment both locally and overseas, originally joining Pitcher Partners Audit and Accounting Division in April 1997.

In 2001, I secured a secondment to the United States, performing a mix of audit and consulting work. Following my return to Australia, I moved into the Business Recovery and Insolvency Division and then onto the Forensic Accounting within Pitcher Partners prior to commencing my current role about 7 years ago.

I was integrally involved in the bus reform process of Metropolitan Melbourne, Brisbane and Sydney, preparing, analysing and advising the industry on benchmark data, and managing the negotiation and preparation of complex financial models, full tender packages and other financially related contract issues. These contracts have totaled over $6.0 billion.

I have experience in transactions services and have developed, created and conducted reviews of complex financial models largely in the transport industry.
