    Trinity Research and Innovation invites you to attend our event:

    Inspiring Women Entrepreneurs

    Date: Friday, 6th March 2009

    Venue: Paccar Theatre, Science Gallery

    Time: 2pm – 5.00pm followed by an Aperitif in the Science Gallery

    The event aims to:

    * Encourage more women to think about innovation and entrepreneurship as a career option;
    * Raise awareness of the potential for growth and development of women-led businesses in Ireland, which in turn is good for the Irish economy;
    * Raise women’s profiles as Entrepreneurs and provide visible role models.



    Session One: 2pm-3.20pm

    The first session will provide some valuable background research on women and entrepreneurship in Ireland.

    Session Two: 3.40pm-5pm

    The second session is a panel discussion by TCD women entrepreneurs who have been involved in the development of businesses from their research. They will share their experiences as entrepreneurs and innovators in Ireland.
