  • 1. Launch of the Ulster Bank Enterprise Competition

    Hi everyone,

Just a reminder to everyone that we are launching the competition tomorrow evening at 5pm in the Ed Burke theatre.

This will be an information session on what's involved in entering, how to win, deadlines, prizes, meet the judges, etc. Start thinking of your idea and come to us with any questions you might have tomorrow.

    Hope to see you there,

    Kind Regards,

    Brian Martin
    Chairman

  • 2. Workshop for final year students

Calling all final year students, Ulster Bank are hiring for their 2009 graduate program.

To promote this, Ulster Bank are coming to Trinity to hold a workshop on "assessment centres" on Tuesday the 2nd of December @ 3pm-4pm.

As there are already a lot of workshops on writing a CV and interview skills, assessment centres is what students mostly fail to prepare for.

The Ulster Bank Group has the largest share of personal and

business customers in Northern Ireland and is the third-largest

bank in the Republic of Ireland. We already make things happen

for more than 1.7 million customers. But we won’t rest on our

laurels. We aim to be the most successful bank across Ireland

    – and backed by the resources of the RBS group, that’s a

    position we’re powering towards.

    Personal, business and corporate banking

Our host of retail and wholesale financial services includes

everything from Corporate Banking to Wealth Management,

Treasury and Personal Banking. They’re delivered through a

network of branches and business banking centres, by face to

face meets, telephone and over the internet.

    Start as a winner

Our success is such that for four years running we’ve won the KPMG Business Banking Excellence Award. We were voted one of the Best Companies to Work For in Ireland 2008 and are in the top 15 of GradIreland’s most popular graduate recruiters index. As a business, we have everything ambitious graduates need to take them places. We run four different graduate programmes, so it’s just a question of choosing your starting point.
