  • 2. Dermot Mannion next Wednesday @ 6pm

    Trinity Entrepreneurial Society is honoured to be hosting a talk by the former Trinity College graduate and current CEO of Aer Lingus Dermot Mannion.

    The talk is due to take place on Wednesday 14th January 2009, at 6pm in the Uí Chadain Theatre in the Arts Block.

    It will give students the opportunity to hear what Mr. Mannion has to say, as well as ask questions.

    Since his appointment as CEO of Aer Lingus in 2005 he has been in the media spotlight, most notably due to the privatisation of Aer Lingus and more recently the proposed takeover bid by Ryanair.

    Previous to his work with Aer Lingus he was an executive in Emirates, where he had 25,000 people reporting to him from 80 countries.

    This promises to be an especially interesting event and is particularly topical so arrive early to avoid missing out!
