  • Ulster Bank Assessment Centre Workshop

    Hey everyone,

Ulster Bank are running a workshop on getting through employer assessment centres this Tuesday at 3pm - 4pm. It is important to RSVP for this here: http://younoodle.com/events/workshop_on_assessment_centres

An assessment centre is typically the part of a applying for a job, where most students fail to prepare for after a good CV and first interview. Ulster Bank are providing an inside guide on how to pass these assessment centres exclusively for TES students.

It will be a chance to gain a great insight into how they are run and what employers are looking for. Anybody looking to pursue a graduate program will find benefit in this workshop.

    What is an assessment centre?
It involves in-depth activities and signals that the company is very interested in you. It consists of a number of exercises that can go on for at least a day. Assessment Centres may consist of two or more of the following six activities:
    1. Social Gatherings and meeting Personnel
    2. Group Exercises
    3. Tests
    4. Individual Exercises
    5. Giving Presentations
    6. Panel Interviews
