I am building a web-based reservation service (like opentable.com) for a niche, highly fragmented and technology unsophisticated market. We need to build an interactive website for both consumers and vendors. The site will also need a simple database to keep track of consumer and vendor information. I am looking for a partner to work on the technology side of this project. This technologist should be able to build the web interfaces and database from the ground up. Knowledge in html, ajax, sql, and python(or similar) are essential. If interested, please email apoon06 (AT) gsb (DOT) columbia (DOT) edu
Hi everyone! I just posted a need for a startup I am setting up along with my partner Greg Chang. We are looking for iphone app engineers and web programmers. You don't have to be a pro. We are looking for people who will be interested and prepared to commit their time and effort into exploring and prototyping exciting products.
Welcome to CIA!
We are working on turning this community site to a one-stop-shop for all entrepreneurial events and news around Columbia University. We will also post events and announcements here - so be sure to stay tuned. Next event is planned for beginning of Feb, and will probably be around a “Clean Energy” theme. More details to come.
Take a few minutes and explore this site: you can upload your biography, create web pages for your start up ideas, follow other people's start ups, post start up job opportunities (under needs) or just exchange ideas.
Feel free to contact myself or Jeff Hui with any feedback or questions.
