Welcome to the 2009 Social E-Challenge competition! In this newsletter you will find information about our upcoming first round submission deadline, future events, and suggestions for entries looking to find team members.
Please also note that the Social E-Challenge competition 2008 group is still available for you to browse through members and startups, but all official and current information about the competition will be available through this group and our website.
2. Submission Deadline
The submission deadline for a one-two page executive summary is midnight on February 17, 2009. Sample executive summaries and detailed formatting and eligibility guidelines as well as judging criteria are now available here. Semifinalists will be announced in early March.
3. Looking for Teammates?
There are several ways to recruit teammates for your Social E-Challenge venture!
1. Come to our Social E-Challenge and E-Challenge mixer this Tuesday, February 10th (more information below).
2. Post your needs on YouNoodle and submit your venture to this group. Your needs will automatically be posted to the "Needs" tab of the group.
3. Post on the newly created forum on the BASES website.
4. Send us a brief description of your venture and your needs and we will send it out in our next newsletter later this week.
