    Not sure if you are ready to submit your boomer business idea?
    Feeling like your Executive Summary needs more work?
    Do what you must, but don't forget to submit your entry TODAY by 5 pm PDT.

    It's simple! All you have to do is submit a 3-5 page Executive Summary for Round One. Whether or not you are chosen to move to Round Two, you will receive valuable feedback on your Executive Summary from our judges, who are experts in the boomer market. This is a great opportunity to gain advice from industry experts.

    Plus, when you enter, you are also automatically considered for the $1,000 prize for the best elevator pitch.

  • 2. What to Include in the Executive Summary

    The 3-5 Page Executive Summary should address the following:

    -Proposed product, service, or technology to be commercialized
    -How it addresses the target audience (45 plus, boomer, or senior market)
    -Overview of competitive landscape and advantages
    -Plan for execution, stage of development
    -Profitability potential
    -Information about your management team

  • 4. Important Dates

    Phase I
    Friday, April 23 - Executive Summary submissions accepted by 5:00pm PDT (3-5 pages)
    Wednesday, April 28 - Semifinalists selected; all contestants notified


    Phase II
    Friday, May 21 - Semifinalists' complete business plans due by 5:00pm PDT
    Wednesday, May 26 - Finalists selected; all semifinalists notified.


    Phase III - Summit
    Tuesday, June 15 - First day of Summit and boot camps
    Wednesday, June 16 - Competition presentations; Grand Prize Winner and Best Elevator Pitch selected
