• Enterprise Rent-A-Car

  Enterprise Rent-A-Car is an international car rental company with a multi-billion pound turnover, that will teach you all you need to run your own section of the business in as little as two years. Learning about everything from sales and marketing to customer service and finance, you could soon be in a management position, making crucial business decisions and reaping the rewards. On the Enterprise Management Internship, you’ll join one of our branches and start learning all the business skills you need to run it yourself. This gives you the chance to develop skills in all areas.
  
  After an initial classroom-based orientation session, you’ll be assigned to a branch office for the hands-on business training, which includes:
  
  * Management skills, Business management, Marketing, Sales, Customer service, Fleet control.
  
  Career progression
  The candidates that successfully complete our summer internship will be invited back next summer to continue the training or when you graduate to join the Graduate program. You could fast track your career at Enterprise by completing stages in the management development manual while still at university, which means you could be in a management role as little as 6 months after graduation.
  
  The Role
  You will be an essential member of the branch staff assisting them in their general duties at one of our busiest times of the year. You will gain valuable experience in customer service, sales, business management and fleet control. As well as the structured on the job training you will also be put through 2-3 business modules that will take place in a class room setting. You’ll be learning by actually doing not by making tea and helping out with the filing all day. In fact, our interns take on the same challenges as our first and second year full time professionals. It will be a full time role through the summer months with hours varying from 40-45.
