  • 2. CUTEC Speaks at UCL Enterprise Society Retreat

    Andrew Marin (President), Anne Dhulesia (VP External Relations), and Nuno Rocha (Operations Director) represented CUTEC at the UCL Enterprise Society’s Committee Retreat, held at the London Marriott County Hall, London. The three CUTEC members participated in the panel discussion "Running an Entrepreneur Student Society", welcomed in the new UCL President Thomas Stone, and met with many of the UCL Executive Committee members including Cambridge-frequenter Martin Bloom and Cambridge alumni Dr. Andrew Lynn and Professor Bernard Buxton.

  • 4. Cambridge Climate Conference Student Bursary

    We will offer a limited amount of student bursaries. Selected students will be granted free entry to the conference including the gala-dinner. Student tickets include entry to all sessions, meals, and drinks reception. Limited quantity available. Application period ends on 24 August at 5pm.

    This offer for students includes advanced degree candidates and post-docs. Again, the deadline for submitting materials is 24 August at 5pm. Incomplete or late applications will not be considered for an award.

  • 5. Call for Seedcamp Week 2009 applications

    *Seedcamp Week 2009 applications are now open for the next wave of European web-tech talent to apply*

    Seedcamp Week 2009 is a weeklong programme from 21-25th September that connects 20 early stage web tech startups with over 400 highly experienced and sought after entrepreneurs, investors, marketers, product and developer experts. The 20 teams do compete for seed funding, but most importantly, garner world-class connections and recognition in the European entrepreneurial ecosystem. At the end of the week Seedcamp will invest up to €50K each in 5 teams for a small equity stake (5%-10%).
