  • 2. READ ABOUT THE NATIONAL ENTREPRENEURSHIP WEEK LAUNCH!

The "official launch" for National Entrepreneurship Week was celebrated on Friday, February 18, as national entrepreneurship leaders came together to honor American entrepreneurs and the programs that prepare the youth and adults for their contributions to our economy. Cathy Ashmore was featured as she announced the 5th Annual National Entrepreneurship Week, February 19 - 26, 2011 at the Future of Entrepreneurship Education SUMMIT in Orlando, FL.

Read About Some of the Key Issues Discussed by National Supporters of Entrepreneurship Education http://www.entre-week.org/eweek_files/grassroots.pdf

Remember that we celebrate National Entrepreneurship Week Year Round ... and encourage you to send us (or your state team leader) pictures (with captions), short event write-ups, or other publicity items for us to post on the website for 2011. We want to HONOR your local entrepreneurs all year, so feel free to nominate your local stars ... and let's let everyone know that entrepreneurship education is alive and well in every state. http://www/entre-week.org
