3. LEMONADE DAY WAS GREAT
We have just discovered a new and growing program to provide young people with a personal opportunity to make decisions about their own business...a lemonade stand. Imagine 100,000 kids on Sunday, May 2, selling their own lemonade recipe in 14 cities in the US as a result of this initiative to provide them with the ideas and motivation.
Your city can be part of Lemonade Day 2011 ... Meet its founder at the 28th Annual Entrepreneurship FORUM in Columbus, OH, November 12 - 16, 2010.
Check out their videos here... Click on the following to view the kids in action ...:
Our membership year starts in July and continues through the year until June 2011. We appreciate our members who make the work of the Consortium possible....and provide you with all kinds of ideas and resources to make your work easier too, by the way.
We invite you to join the national leaders in building the field of entrepreneurship education as a lifelong learning process and supporting the efforts in your community as well. LET ME KNOW IF YOU HAVE ANY QUESTIONS.
Cheers,
CATHY
