  • 1. CALL for INTERESTING ENTREPRENEURSHIP PROGRAMS

    We invite YOU to consider sending a proposal THIS WEEK to be a presenter at the 29th Annual Entrepreneurship Education FORUM. We have at least 76 Concurrent Sessions and Roundtables spots for sharing your great program ideas....everything from elementary, middle school, high school, college, adult, teacher-ed, and community programs are welcome!

    Our goal is to complete the program in early April so that we can promote it, and the available scholarships for teachers this spring, before school vacation starts.   • 2. NATIONAL ENTREPRENEURSHIP WEEK 2011 WAS WONDERFUL!

    Thanks to all of you who took the opportunity to publicly celebrate the value of American entrepreneurs and your programs that are encouraging the entrepreneurs of the future! We had proclamations from 9 Governors ...

    Connecticut - Governor Dannel P. Malloy; Delaware Governor Jack A. Markell; Florida Governor Rick Scott; Missouri Governor Jay Nixon; Nebraska Governor Dave Heineman; New Mexico Governor Susana Martinez; North Dakota Governor Jack Dalrymple; Ohio Governor John R. Kasich; Virginia Governor Robert F. McDonnell.

    If we missed your state's proclamation please let us know.

    HONORING ENTREPRENEURS - We proudly featured a number of entrepreneurs on our National Honor Roll for 2011 ... but still urge you to nominate a local entrepreneur for 2011 that you personally would like to honor. We will continue to publicize all we receive throughout the year....and then start a new Honor Roll for 2012.
