    REMINDER from the Council for Economic Education - Entrepreneurship Education Proposals Welcome - Deadline extended to Monday, June 15 at 9:00 pm Eastern Time.

    This is the opportunity to apply for 2009 Excellence in Economic Education funding. This program is funded by the United States Department of Education, Office of Innovation and Improvement. Please note that despite the project schedule originally published in the RFP, the Council will consider projects that extend into the summer of 2010. Those wishing to conduct summer projects should outline their proposed timeline in the narrative portion of their proposal.

    There has never been a more important time to maximize the impact of universities and colleges on American innovation. Join us for our 14th annual conference, exploring the science, business and practice of technology innovation and entrepreneurship in higher education.

    Collegiate Inventors Competition - Deadline June 16, 2009

    For 18 years, the Collegiate Inventors Competition has recognized and encouraged undergraduate and graduate students on their quest to change the world around them. The Competition is one of the most prestigious honors available to college and university innovators.

    The deadline to enter the Collegiate Inventors Competition is less than a month away! Please continue to pass on information about the Competition to friends, colleagues, classmates, students, lab partners, research professors and anyone else who may be eligible to enter.
