    Siemens has alerted us to an opportunity for Big Bang! participants to attend an all expenses paid, new venture workshop. This will be a 3 day conference in Berkeley, CA from June 7-10. Applications are due March 21st.

    Topics addressed in presentations and workshop sessions include:
    • How to get a large company interested as a customer or partner
    • Negotiating with a large company
    • What to do if things go wrong
    • Why and when to engage with Siemens
    • How to approach Siemens, and help on putting together a compelling pitch

    UC DAVIS BUSINESS PLAN TEAM WINS REGIONALS FOR WALMART BETTER LIVING BUSINESS PLAN COMPETITION

    On Friday, February 25, UC Davis' business plan team, ECO Catalytics competed and won the regional event for the Walmart Better Living Business Plan Competition. They will now advance to the finals in Bentonville, Arkansas and will present business plans to the top management of Walmart. Congratulations guys!
