We can support the companies and organizations in South Belfast by applying three stages: 1) Quick review about overall management system used by the company or organization and get the percentage overall performance 2) Start to construct new management systems for Quality ISO9000, Environment ISO14000 and Safety OHSAS18000 regarding to the International standards (it is depends on the company or organization system)and trained the company’s or the organization’s staff for the new systems 3) Preapare the company or organization to the internal Auditing form us and external Auditing from service providers like: SGS, Lloyds, TUV…etc to get the International certification for each management system.
