Autumn et al., Great job on organizing and deploying this effort! Very well done. Judging scores were easy to submit. Thanks for all your hardwork.

Please follow the rules/regulations found on the eGames website for all submission and presentation guidelines. The video should be as long as it takes, but I would strongly consider that you are selling your product and the judges will be looking at many products (all of the submissions). If you are selected to be a finalist, you will then be asked to come in for the face-to-face portion. At that time, you will have 2 minutes to give somewhat of an elevator pitch about your product. The judges will then have 8 minutes to ask questions.
As for the submission issues, I am looking into it and will be sending out specific uploading instructions later today.
any restrictions on the entry video? we only have 2 minutes with 8 minute q&a if we're selected for further review - should the video model this 2 minutes or should it be as long as necessary?
also, i couldn't see anything for us to post OUR videos onto the youtube channel. is there some permission thing that lets outside users post videos to the channel?
You will need to subscribe to and upload your video to the 2010 NCSU eGames YouTube channel prior to submitting here. (http://www.youtube.com/user/2010NCSUeGames) Then you will need to follow the link to the right ("submit an entry") and follow all necessary steps. Be sure to include a link to your video submission with your entry and please ensure all titles and descriptions match so the judges will easily know which entry is yours. Please email us with any questions (eiegames@ncsu.edu).

In the Rules and Regulations (http://www.ncsu.edu/ei/egames/docs/RulesandRegs-Daedalus.pdf) it says to enter you have to upload a video. Could someone show me exactly where to upload my video entry?
